塑膠跑道瀝青基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)要求介紹

膠跑道瀝青砼基礎(chǔ)必須符合體育設(shè)施驗收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、《瀝青路面施工及驗收規(guī)范》（GB50092）和塑膠層施工工藝技術(shù)要求：

1.基底采用8-12噸壓路機(jī)碾壓數(shù)遍。壓實度應(yīng)大于95%，碾壓后表面無輪跡印，不得出現(xiàn)松軟、彈簧等現(xiàn)象。

2.瀝青材料質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

上面層為30mm厚AC-10細(xì)粒式瀝青混凝土；下面層為50mm厚AC-20中粗粒式瀝青混凝土。

瀝青混凝土的配合比應(yīng)有實驗室《公路瀝青路面施工技術(shù)規(guī)范》要求的方法確定，必須符合馬歇爾實驗

瀝青混凝土施工時應(yīng)配備足夠的施工機(jī)械，要求采用進(jìn)口攤鋪機(jī)。在施工的各個環(huán)節(jié)中要特別注意不同的溫度控制要求，以保證壓實度達(dá)到規(guī)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

4.瀝青面層驗收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

（1）壓實度大于97%、平整度（3米直尺）誤差小于13mm。

（2）表面整潔，粘結(jié)牢固，不得有碾壓車輪印記、裂紋、蜂窩麻面、油包及油污。

5.塑膠跑道橫向坡度不大于0.8%、縱向坡度不大于0.1%；塑膠球場排水坡度宜為0.3%。
5. The lateral slope of the plastic runway shall not exceed 0.8%, and the longitudinal slope shall not exceed 0.1%; The drainage slope of the plastic court should be 0.3%.
