濟(jì)南瀝青混凝土:科技賦能市政道路的“強(qiáng)筋健骨”
在濟(jì)南的城市道路建設(shè)中,瀝青混凝土的應(yīng)用正經(jīng)歷著一場(chǎng)深刻的科技變革。面對(duì)經(jīng)十路等主干道因車(chē)輛頻繁起步、剎車(chē)而產(chǎn)生的車(chē)轍“老大難”問(wèn)題,傳統(tǒng)的瀝青混凝土已難以滿足現(xiàn)代交通的承載需求,而新型高性能瀝青混凝土的問(wèn)世,為市政道路穿上了堅(jiān)不可摧的“鎧甲”。
In the urban road construction of Jinan, the application of asphalt concrete is undergoing a profound technological transformation. Faced with the long-standing problem of ruts caused by frequent starting and braking of vehicles on major roads such as Jingshi Road, traditional asphalt concrete is no longer able to meet the load-bearing needs of modern transportation. The emergence of new high-performance asphalt concrete has put an indestructible "armor" on municipal roads.

目前,濟(jì)南市政工程中廣泛推廣的高彈性模量瀝青混凝土,堪稱(chēng)道路材料界的一項(xiàng)“黑科技”。它采用改性瀝青結(jié)合料與硬質(zhì)集料,通過(guò)特殊的拌和工藝,使混凝土的彈性模量達(dá)到3000MPa以上。這意味著路面擁有了更強(qiáng)的承載能力和變形抵抗能力,能夠巧妙應(yīng)對(duì)重載車(chē)輛頻繁通行的交叉口與公交??空?。
At present, the high elastic modulus asphalt concrete widely promoted in Jinan municipal engineering can be regarded as a "black technology" in the road materials industry. It uses modified asphalt binder and hard aggregate, and through a special mixing process, the elastic modulus of concrete reaches over 3000MPa. This means that the road surface has stronger load-bearing capacity and deformation resistance, which can perfectly cope with intersections and bus stops where heavy vehicles frequently pass.
此外,針對(duì)車(chē)轍深度不同的路段,濟(jì)南還創(chuàng)新采用了“雙層SMA-13”疊加結(jié)構(gòu)以及“灌注式半柔性路面”技術(shù)。前者如同為路面穿上“復(fù)合防護(hù)服”,下層承重穩(wěn)定,上層抗滑耐久;后者則將瀝青的柔性與水泥的剛性巧妙結(jié)合,有效分散了車(chē)輛制動(dòng)時(shí)產(chǎn)生的巨大剪切力。這些新材料的應(yīng)用,不僅顯著延長(zhǎng)了道路的使用壽命,更標(biāo)志著濟(jì)南的道路建設(shè)正從單純的“通行”向高品質(zhì)的“暢行”邁進(jìn)。
In addition, Jinan has innovatively adopted the "double-layer SMA-13" overlay structure and the "infusion type semi flexible pavement" technology for road sections with different rut depths. The former is like wearing "composite protective clothing" on the road surface, with stable load-bearing capacity on the lower layer and durable anti-skid performance on the upper layer; The latter perfectly combines the flexibility of asphalt with the rigidity of cement, effectively dispersing the huge shear force generated during vehicle braking. The application of these new materials not only significantly extends the service life of roads, but also marks the transition of road construction in Jinan from simple "traffic" to high-quality "smooth travel".
