彩色瀝青冷補(bǔ)料的養(yǎng)護(hù)要注意什么？

春季：要防止路面構(gòu)造發(fā)作而形成凍脹，在路面表層有水痕的部位，需求在路肩路基邊坡處挖排水滲溝，將冬季蓄積的雨水排到構(gòu)造之外。也可在彩色瀝青路面上覆撒干土，干土一方面能夠吸收路面構(gòu)造中的水分，另一方面還可減緩熱量沿路面構(gòu)造下傳的速度，使路面構(gòu)造中的凍水遲緩消融，并自行逐漸浸透到排水溝中，防止路面構(gòu)造發(fā)作溶融性破懷。

夏季：氣溫高，彩色瀝青路面就十分容易老化，使路面成波浪狀。這種狀況下，可采取灑水降溫措施。灑水普通在下午兩點(diǎn)左右中止，水量不能太大，以濕潤(rùn)潮濕為宜，可多灑兩遍，但不能構(gòu)成路面積水及影響交通平安。

秋季：要做好公路沿線邊溝積水的引導(dǎo)排放工作，防止這些積水成為冬季路面構(gòu)造凍結(jié)毛細(xì)水的補(bǔ)給水源。夏季要做好路面排水，防止彩色瀝青路面構(gòu)造處于濕潤(rùn)工作狀態(tài)而惹起毀壞。

Pavement drainage shall be done well in summer to prevent damage caused by wet working condition of colored asphalt pavement structure.

冬季：要將縱橫裂痕處打掃潔凈，用液化氣將縫壁加熱至粘性狀態(tài)后，再把瀝青或?yàn)r青砂漿(在低溫濕潤(rùn)時(shí)節(jié)宜噴灑乳化瀝青)，噴抹到縫中，再勻撒一層2～5mm的枯燥干凈石屑或粗砂加以維護(hù)，后用輕型壓路機(jī)將礦料碾壓。假如是細(xì)小的裂痕，則要預(yù)先用盤式銑刀停止擴(kuò)寬，再按上述辦法做處置，沿裂痕涂刷少量稠度較低的瀝青。

Winter: clean the vertical and horizontal cracks, heat the joint wall with liquefied gas to the viscous state, then spray asphalt or asphalt mortar (emulsified asphalt should be sprayed in the low-temperature wet season) into the joint, and then evenly sprinkle a layer of 2 ~ 5mm dry and clean stone chips or coarse sand for maintenance, and then roll the mineral aggregate with a light roller. If it is a small crack, stop widening with a disc milling cutter in advance, and then handle it according to the above method, and brush a small amount of asphalt with low consistency along the crack.
