攤鋪機(jī)使用施工中的注意事項(xiàng)

(1)按照施工的嚴(yán)格要求，合理確定攤鋪機(jī)出租之后的工作速度、攤鋪寬度、攤鋪厚度、刮板輸送器及螺旋分料器轉(zhuǎn)速、斗門開度等技術(shù)參數(shù)。

(1) According to the strict requirements of construction, reasonably determine the working speed, paving width, paving thickness, speed of scraper conveyor and spiral distributor, bucket door opening and other technical parameters of the paver after lease.

(2)機(jī)械在傳動(dòng)的瀝青混合料攤鋪機(jī)機(jī)，換檔一定須在攤鋪機(jī)完全停止時(shí)進(jìn)行，并嚴(yán)禁用力掛檔。

(2) For asphalt mixture paver driven by machinery, gear shifting must be carried out when the paver is completely stopped, and it is strictly prohibited to shift gears forcibly.

(3)準(zhǔn)備卸料時(shí)，攤鋪機(jī)推輪靠近自卸車后輪，自卸車掛空檔。攤鋪機(jī)同時(shí)推動(dòng)兩個(gè)。

(3) When preparing for unloading, the pusher of the paver is close to the rear wheel of the dump truck, and the dump truck is in neutral. The paver pushes both at the same time.

(4)攤鋪機(jī)的所有部件和系統(tǒng)，必要時(shí)應(yīng)及時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)和校正。運(yùn)行速度應(yīng)保持穩(wěn)定，停車和啟動(dòng)次數(shù)應(yīng)盡量減少，以保持設(shè)備的連續(xù)和平衡運(yùn)行。

(4) All components and systems of the paver shall be timely coordinated and corrected when necessary. The running speed shall be kept stable, and the number of stops and starts shall be minimized to maintain the continuous and balanced operation of the equipment.

(6)攤鋪機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)場(chǎng)后若是在行駛的過程中，禁止在坡道上換檔，或空檔下坡滑行。攤鋪?zhàn)鳂I(yè)前20-40min，對(duì)熨平板進(jìn)行預(yù)熱，使其接近瀝青混合料的攤鋪溫度;因故暫停作業(yè)時(shí)，使用預(yù)熱系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行保溫，防止熨平板冷卻;用電預(yù)熱時(shí)，應(yīng)先啟動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。

(6) After the paver is transferred, if it is driving, it is forbidden to shift gears on the ramp or slide downhill in neutral. 20-40min before paving, preheat the screed to make it close to the paving temperature of asphalt mixture; When the operation is suspended for some reason, the preheating system shall be used for heat preservation to prevent the screed from cooling; When preheating with electricity, start the engine first.
