加纖維瀝青混凝土的拌和要求

1、確定每盤熱料倉(cāng)的配合比，計(jì)算出每盤混合料的質(zhì)量，根據(jù)目標(biāo)配合比確定的纖維用量計(jì)算每盤混合料中投放的纖維質(zhì)量，然后按此質(zhì)量對(duì)進(jìn)場(chǎng)的纖維進(jìn)行分裝，包裝袋采用市場(chǎng)上常見的聚乙烯塑料袋即可。分裝過程中，保證稱量的準(zhǔn)確性。纖維的摻加如示意圖：

1. 2、瀝青混合料應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)瀝青用量進(jìn)行試拌，試拌后取樣進(jìn)行馬歇爾試驗(yàn)，并將其試驗(yàn)值與室內(nèi)配合比試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較，驗(yàn)證設(shè)計(jì)瀝青用量的合理性，必要時(shí)可作適當(dāng)調(diào)整：

3、確定適宜的拌和時(shí)間。對(duì)于普通的瀝青混合料，間歇式拌和設(shè)備每盤拌和時(shí)間為30～60秒，推薦的拌和時(shí)間為干拌25～30秒，濕拌30秒，以混合料拌和均勻，纖維和瀝青混合料裹覆良好為準(zhǔn)；

3. Determine the appropriate mixing time. For ordinary asphalt mixture, the mixing time of each batch of intermittent mixing equipment is 30-60 seconds. The recommended mixing time is 25-30 seconds for dry mixing and 30 seconds for wet mixing. The mixture shall be evenly mixed and the fiber and asphalt mixture shall be well coated;

4、確定適宜的拌和與出廠溫度。瀝青（均指石油瀝青，下同）的加熱溫度宜為130℃～160℃，加熱不宜超過6小時(shí)，且當(dāng)天加熱宜當(dāng)天用完，不宜多次加熱，以免老化砂石加熱溫度為140℃～170℃，礦分不加熱。瀝青混合料的出廠溫度宜為130℃～160℃，當(dāng)使用改性瀝青時(shí)，應(yīng)比上述溫度的高限再提高10℃～15℃，纖維的摻加不必進(jìn)行溫度調(diào)整。

4. Determine appropriate mixing and factory temperature. The heating temperature of asphalt (all refer to petroleum asphalt, the same below) should be 130 ℃~160 ℃, and the heating should not exceed 6 hours. The heating should be used up on the same day, and should not be repeated, so as to avoid the heating temperature of aging sand and gravel is 140 ℃~170 ℃, and the mineral is not heated. The factory temperature of asphalt mixture should be 130 ℃~160 ℃. When modified asphalt is used, it should be 10 ℃~15 ℃ higher than the upper limit of the above temperature. It is unnecessary to adjust the temperature when adding fiber.
