1、瀝青路面施工規(guī)范的缺陷

表現(xiàn)在瀝青油石比的不準(zhǔn)確，象油石比設(shè)計主要由室內(nèi)馬歇爾穩(wěn)定度控制，如滿足流值、穩(wěn)定度、空隙率三大主要指標(biāo)后，確定油石比，缺乏象日本、美國增加的動穩(wěn)定度指標(biāo)、確定油石比和集料配合比。

（1）假定粘層油為乳化瀝青，設(shè)計為O.8kg/m2，瀝青加乳化劑和水的比例為50:50，瀝青砼表層4cm，密度按2.42g/cm3，由于粘層油的灑布，每平方米增加瀝青量0.4kg,而每平方米瀝青砼總重量為：

(1) Assuming that the tack coat oil is emulsified asphalt, the design is O.8kg/m2, the proportion of asphalt with emulsifier and water is 50:50, the asphalt concrete surface is 4cm, and the density is 2.42g/cm3. 100×100×4×2.42g/cm3=96800g．油石比增加量為400÷96800=0.4％

（2）規(guī)范要求實際瀝青用量只能在佳瀝青用量±0.3％之內(nèi)，可見實際油石比已經(jīng)超過了規(guī)定值。

(2) The specification requires that the actual asphalt dosage can only be within ± 0.3% of the optimal asphalt dosage, which shows that the actual asphalt aggregate ratio has exceeded the specified value.

（3）此外，由于路面基層不可能十分平整，有坑洼現(xiàn)象，而瀝青粘層油，則為流動的液體，因此，往往在低洼處粘層油過量集中，這也是導(dǎo)致局部路面泛油嚴(yán)重擁包的主要原因之一。
