水泥穩(wěn)定碎石（簡(jiǎn)稱“水穩(wěn)”）是公路基層的“骨架”，它的質(zhì)量直接決定路面能用多少年。很多工地出問題，根源都在強(qiáng)度上——不是水泥不夠，而是沒抓住關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)。

Cement stabilized crushed stone (abbreviated as "water stabilized") is the "skeleton" of the highway base, and its quality directly determines how many years the road surface can last. Many construction sites have problems, and the root cause is not due to insufficient cement, but rather the failure to grasp key indicators.

強(qiáng)度是唯一硬標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 基層7天無側(cè)限抗壓強(qiáng)度要求5.0-6.5MPa，底基層≥4.0MPa。強(qiáng)度不夠，光加水泥沒用——水泥劑量超過4.5%后強(qiáng)度增長(zhǎng)變緩，開裂風(fēng)險(xiǎn)反而大增。

Strength is the only hard standard. The 7-day unconfined compressive strength requirement for the base layer is 5.0-6.5MPa, and the sub base layer is ≥ 4.0MPa. Insufficient strength, adding cement alone is useless - when the cement dosage exceeds 4.5%, the strength growth slows down and the risk of cracking increases significantly.

材料控制是前提。 碎石建議分四檔堆放：0-5mm石粉、5-10mm碎石、10-20mm碎石、20-25mm碎石。壓碎值≤12.3%，針片狀含量≤8.6%。水泥建議用42.5級(jí)緩凝水泥，初凝>3小時(shí)、終凝6-10小時(shí)。散裝水泥到場(chǎng)后至少停放3天，安定性合格才能用。

Material control is a prerequisite. Crushed stones must be stacked in four levels: 0-5mm stone powder, 5-10mm crushed stones, 10-20mm crushed stones, and 20-25mm crushed stones. Crushing value ≤ 12.3%, needle like content ≤ 8.6%. Cement must use 42.5 grade retarding cement, with initial setting>3 hours and final setting 6-10 hours. Bulk cement must be parked for at least 3 days after arrival, and can only be used if its stability is qualified.

配合比分三步走。 目標(biāo)配合比設(shè)計(jì)選級(jí)配、定摻量；生產(chǎn)配合比定料倉比例、延遲時(shí)間和標(biāo)定曲線；施工參數(shù)確定階段驗(yàn)證強(qiáng)度指標(biāo)。

Follow the score in three steps. Selection of gradation and dosage for target mix design; Production mix ratio, silo ratio, delay time, and calibration curve; Verify strength indicators during the construction parameter determination phase.

壓實(shí)度決定壽命。 基層壓實(shí)度代表值≥98%，底基層≥96%。采用“雙鋼輪+膠輪+振動(dòng)”組合突出，壓實(shí)度可達(dá)98.5%?；旌狭辖ㄗh在非常佳含水率時(shí)突出。

The compaction degree determines the lifespan. The representative value of the compaction degree of the base layer is ≥ 98%, and the sub base layer is ≥ 96%. The combination of "double steel wheels+rubber wheels+vibration" is used for compaction, and the compaction degree can reach 98.5%. The mixture must be compacted at the optimal moisture content.

大厚度一次攤鋪成趨勢(shì)。 36-39.8cm厚水穩(wěn)底基層一次攤鋪壓實(shí)已成熟應(yīng)用，效率高、層間結(jié)合好。山東已發(fā)布《公路水泥穩(wěn)定碎石基層大厚度雙層連續(xù)攤鋪施工技術(shù)規(guī)范》（DB37/T 4958—2025），2026年1月15日起實(shí)施。

The trend of spreading a large thickness at once. The one-time paving and compaction of 36-39.8cm thick water stable subgrade has been maturely applied, with high efficiency and good interlayer bonding. Shandong has released the "Technical Specification for Large Thickness Double Layer Continuous Paving Construction of Highway Cement Stabilized Crushed Stone Base" (DB37/T 4958-2025), which will be implemented from January 15, 2026.
