The water stable mixing plant is the "granary" for grassroots construction. 參數(shù)一：生產(chǎn)能力。 主流時(shí)產(chǎn)300-800噸。選型按工程高峰用量預(yù)留20%余量。高速公路連續(xù)施工選固定式（WCZ500及以上）；城鄉(xiāng)道路多點(diǎn)施工選移動(dòng)式（轉(zhuǎn)場2-3天）。

Parameter 1: Production capacity. The mainstream hourly production is 300-800 tons. Reserve a 20% margin for selection based on the peak usage of the project. Continuous construction of highways using fixed type (WCZ500 and above); Mobile construction is preferred for multi-point construction of urban and rural roads (transition takes 2-3 days).

參數(shù)二：計(jì)量精度。 骨料≤±2%，水泥≤±1%。主流機(jī)型配料精度±1.5%以內(nèi)。精度不夠，配合比全亂。

Parameter 2: Measurement accuracy. Aggregate ≤ ± 2%, cement ≤ ± 1%. The ingredient accuracy of mainstream models is within ± 1.5%. The accuracy is insufficient, and the mix proportions are completely chaotic.

參數(shù)三：攪拌均勻度。 >95%。采用雙臥軸強(qiáng)制連續(xù)式攪拌。攪拌時(shí)間≥15秒，建議兩次拌合。

Parameter 3: Mixing uniformity. >95%. Adopting double horizontal axis forced continuous mixing. Mixing time ≥ 15 seconds, it is recommended to mix twice.

參數(shù)四：除塵環(huán)保。 粉塵排放≤20mg/Nm?。全封閉結(jié)構(gòu)+脈沖除塵+污水回收已成投標(biāo)硬指標(biāo)。運(yùn)行中設(shè)隔離墻、防靜電接地。

Parameter 4: Dust removal and environmental protection. Dust emission ≤ 20mg/Nm?. Fully enclosed structure+pulse dust removal+sewage recovery have become the hard indicators for bidding. Install isolation walls and anti-static grounding during operation.

參數(shù)五：控制系統(tǒng)。 微機(jī)控制+變頻調(diào)速。支持遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控、故障自診斷。配料比例由電腦控制，專人監(jiān)控，嚴(yán)禁隨意調(diào)整。

Parameter 5: Control system. Microcomputer control+frequency conversion speed regulation. Support remote monitoring and fault self diagnosis. The proportion of ingredients is controlled by a computer and monitored by a dedicated person. It is strictly prohibited to adjust it arbitrarily.
