在一些地方，混凝土攪拌站將河砂、江砂、機(jī)制砂或淡化海砂等不同砂類(lèi)混合后使用的情況并不燒堿，這是建筑用砂供應(yīng)緊張的情況下較為普遍的現(xiàn)象。一旦在砂石的質(zhì)量控制上存在疏忽，那后期建筑的使用將有很大的安全隱患。

Once there is negligence in the quality control of sand and gravel, there will be significant safety hazards in the later use of buildings.

那么，原料進(jìn)場(chǎng)后，要如何通過(guò)目測(cè)的方式來(lái)檢查砂石的質(zhì)量呢？

So, how do we visually inspect the quality of sand and gravel after the raw materials enter the site?

初步判斷砂石質(zhì)量的好壞，主要通過(guò)“看、捏、搓、拋”的方法。

The preliminary judgment of the quality of sand and gravel mainly relies on the methods of "looking, pinching, rubbing, and throwing".

1、看：抓一把砂攤在手心，細(xì)看粗細(xì)砂粒的均勻程度，各級(jí)顆粒級(jí)配分布越均勻的質(zhì)量越好；

1. Look: Take a handful of sand and spread it in the palm of your hand. Pay close attention to the uniformity of the coarse and fine sand particles. The more uniform the particle size distribution at all levels, the better the quality;

2、捏：砂的含水率高低可以通過(guò)手捏，捏后看砂團(tuán)的松緊程度，砂團(tuán)越緊則證明含水率越高，反之越低；

2. Pinching: The moisture content of sand can be determined by hand pinching. After pinching, the tightness of the sand mass can be observed. The tighter the sand mass, the higher the moisture content, and vice versa;

3、搓：抓一把砂在手心，用兩手掌搓后輕輕拍手，看手上粘附的泥層多少，泥層越多且黃則證明砂含泥較多，反之則含泥低；

3. Rubbing: Grab a handful of sand in the palm of your hand, rub it with both palms, and gently clap your hands to see how many mud layers adhere to your hands. The more mud layers are yellow and yellow, the more mud the sand contains. Conversely, the lower the mud content;

4、拋：捏過(guò)的砂在手里拋一拋，若砂團(tuán)不松散，可以判定出砂細(xì)、含泥且含水較多。

4. Throwing: Throw the pinched sand in your hand. If the sand clump is not loose, it can be determined that the sand is fine, contains mud, and contains more water.
