一、挖掘機一級保養(yǎng)作業(yè)范圍

　　1、 Scope of first level maintenance work for excavators

　　每運轉(zhuǎn)國產(chǎn)設(shè)備120-150h(進口設(shè)備250-300h)進行一次。保養(yǎng)內(nèi)容是在完成例行保養(yǎng)作業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)上完成以下項目：

　　Perform once every 120-150 hours of operation for domestic equipment (250-300 hours for imported equipment). The maintenance content is to complete the following items on the basis of completing routine maintenance operations:

　　1、 拆洗空氣濾清器、機油濾清器、燃油濾清器、通風口濾網(wǎng)。

　　1. Disassemble and clean the air filter, oil filter, fuel filter, and vent filter.

　　2、檢查油溫表、水溫表、機油壓力表。

　　2. Check the oil temperature gauge, water temperature gauge, and oil pressure gauge.

　　3、檢查、緊固發(fā)動機各部工作情況。

　　3. Check and tighten the working condition of each part of the engine.

　　4、檢查高壓油泵、供油泵及供油管路。

　　4. Check the high-pressure oil pump, fuel supply pump, and fuel supply pipeline.

　　5、檢查油門操縱機構(gòu)、熄火器、進排氣管。

　　5. Check the throttle control mechanism, flameout, and intake and exhaust pipes.

　　6、檢查時規(guī)蓋、氣門蓋、油底殼、曲軸前后油封及外部機油管道。

　　7、對潤滑點加添潤滑油、脂。

　　8、檢查水箱、水泵，調(diào)整風扇皮帶的松緊度。

　　16、檢查駕駛室聯(lián)結(jié)件的緊固及密封情況。

　　2、 Scope of Secondary Maintenance Operations for Excavators

　　每運轉(zhuǎn)480-600h(進口設(shè)備1000-1200h)進行。作業(yè)內(nèi)容是在完成一級保養(yǎng)的基礎(chǔ)上完成下列項目：

　　Operate every 480-600 hours (imported equipment 1000-1200 hours). The homework content is to complete the following items on the basis of completing the first level maintenance:

　　1、清洗氣門室，校對氣門間隙。

　　1. Clean the valve chamber and calibrate the valve clearance.

　　2、拆洗油底及集濾器，檢查大、小瓦，并按質(zhì)換油。

　　2. Remove and wash the oil bottom and filter, inspect the large and small tiles, and replace the oil according to its quality.

　　3、清洗潤滑系統(tǒng)，更換機油濾芯。

　　3. Clean the lubrication system and replace the oil filter element.

　　4、檢查、校正噴油嘴。噴油嘴霧化壓力符合要求。
