一、瀝青試樣準(zhǔn)備事項(xiàng)

1、 Preparation of asphalt samples

(1)瀝青在裝卸、運(yùn)輸和貯存過程中混入水和異物，會(huì)影響以后試驗(yàn)檢測的結(jié)果。操作原理是通過加熱和過篩方式，將水分和異物分別除去。操作時(shí)注意溫度控制，避免因溫度過高造成瀝青老化。

(1) Mixing water and foreign objects into asphalt during loading, unloading, transportation, and storage can affect the results of future testing and detection. The operating principle is to remove moisture and foreign objects separately through heating and sieving. Pay attention to temperature control during operation to avoid asphalt aging caused by excessive temperature.

(2)為避免因多次加熱造成瀝青老化，每次制樣前需清楚將要做的試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目，一次性將瀝青樣品制備出來，并按要求灌模成型。

二、瀝青密度與相對(duì)密度試驗(yàn)

(1)凡涉及密度瓶在盛滿物體時(shí)的稱重，都要對(duì)密度瓶進(jìn)行恒溫操作，以達(dá)到更加精確的測定結(jié)果。

(1) When weighing a density bottle when it is filled with an object, a constant temperature operation must be performed on the density bottle to achieve more accurate measurement results.

(2)同一試樣應(yīng)平行試驗(yàn)兩次，當(dāng)兩次試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的差值符合重復(fù)性試驗(yàn)的精密度要求時(shí)，以平均值作為瀝青的密度試驗(yàn)結(jié)果，并準(zhǔn)確至3位小數(shù)，試驗(yàn)報(bào)告應(yīng)注明試驗(yàn)溫度。對(duì)黏稠及液體瀝青，重復(fù)性試驗(yàn)的允許差為0.003g/cm3，復(fù)現(xiàn)性試驗(yàn)的允許差為0.007g/cm3;對(duì)固體瀝青，重復(fù)性試驗(yàn)的允許差為0.01g/cm3，復(fù)現(xiàn)性試驗(yàn)的允許差為0.02g/cm3。

(2) The same sample should be tested twice in parallel. When the difference between the two test results meets the precision requirements of the repeatability test, the average value should be used as the density test result of the asphalt, accurate to three decimal places. The test report should indicate the test temperature. For viscous and liquid asphalt, the allowable deviation for repeatability testing is 0.003g/cm3, and the allowable deviation for reproducibility testing is 0.007g/cm3; For solid asphalt, the allowable deviation for repeatability testing is 0.01g/cm3, and the allowable deviation for reproducibility testing is 0.02g/cm3.

(1)針入度試驗(yàn)的三項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵性條件分別是溫度、測試時(shí)間和針的質(zhì)量，如這三項(xiàng)試驗(yàn)條件控制不準(zhǔn)，將嚴(yán)重影響試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性。三項(xiàng)條件常用狀態(tài)，也就是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)狀態(tài)為:溫度25℃、測試時(shí)間5s、針的質(zhì)量100g。

(1) The three key conditions for penetration testing are temperature, testing time, and needle quality. If these three test conditions are not controlled properly, it will seriously affect the accuracy of the test results. The common state of the three conditions, that is, the Standard state is: temperature 25 ℃, test time 5s, needle mass 100g.

(2)測定針入度值大于200的瀝青試樣時(shí)，至少用3支標(biāo)準(zhǔn)針，每次試驗(yàn)后將針留在試樣中，直至3次平行試驗(yàn)完成后，才能將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)針一并取出。

(2) When measuring asphalt samples with a penetration value greater than 200, at least three standard needles should be used. After each test, the needles should be left in the sample until three parallel tests are completed before the standard needles can be taken out together.

(3)當(dāng)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果小于50(0.1mm)時(shí)，重復(fù)性試驗(yàn)的允許差為2(0.1mm)，復(fù)現(xiàn)性試驗(yàn)的允許差為4(0.1mm);當(dāng)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果等于或大于50(0.1mm)時(shí)，重復(fù)性試驗(yàn)的允許差為平均值的4%，復(fù)現(xiàn)性試驗(yàn)的允許差為平均值的8%。

(3) When the test result is less than 50 (0.1mm), the allowable difference for repeatability testing is 2 (0.1mm), and the allowable difference for reproducibility testing is 4 (0.1mm); When the test result is equal to or greater than 50 (0.1mm), the allowable difference for repeatability testing is 4% of the average value, and the allowable difference for reproducibility testing is 8% of the average value.
