　　通過(guò)工作裝置的運(yùn)動(dòng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了裝載機(jī)的鏟除和裝卸物料。裝載機(jī)工作裝置由鏟斗工作、動(dòng)臂、連桿、搖臂和轉(zhuǎn)斗缸、動(dòng)臂氣缸等。整個(gè)工作裝置鉸接在框架上。鏟斗通過(guò)連桿和搖臂與轉(zhuǎn)斗氣缸鉸接，以裝卸材料。動(dòng)臂和框架、臂式氣缸鉸接，用于升降鏟斗。質(zhì)量裝載機(jī)需要制造，鏟斗的翻轉(zhuǎn)和臂的升降由液壓控制。

　　1.發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。

1. Engine.

　　2.變矩器上有三個(gè)泵，即工作泵(供應(yīng)提升和翻斗壓力油)轉(zhuǎn)向泵(供應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)向壓力油)。變速泵也叫行走泵(供應(yīng)變矩器和變速箱壓力油)，有些型號(hào)的轉(zhuǎn)向泵還配備了先導(dǎo)泵(供應(yīng)控制閥先導(dǎo)壓力油)。

There are three pumps on the torque converter, namely the working pump (supplying lifting and tipping pressure oil) and the steering pump (supplying steering pressure oil). The variable speed pump, also known as the walking pump (supplying torque converter and transmission pressure oil), and some models of steering pumps are also equipped with a pilot pump (supplying control valve pilot pressure oil).

　　3.工作液壓油路、液壓油箱、工作泵、多路閥、升降缸和翻斗缸。

　　4.行走油路:變速箱油底殼油、行走泵、變矩器、變速箱離合器。

　　7.裝載機(jī)變速箱有兩種:一體式(行星式)和分體式(定軸式)。

There are two types of loader transmissions: integrated (planetary) and split (fixed shaft).
